The Bouchard Guide is designed to be a comprehensive resource covering all aspects of organizing Bouchard Creek cleanup operations.
However, it is not a rigid manual that every group must follow in its entirety.
Each group is encouraged to extract and adapt only the sections relevant to their own needs and capacities.
