The Sud-Ouest Borough distributes free annual flowers, perennials, vegetable plants, herbs, compost and mulch to Sud-Ouest residents, groups and organizations.
PLANT YOUR PLANTS
To benefit from this distribution, which takes place every spring, you need to go to the distribution point in the neighborhood where you live. Proof of address will be required. Eco-quartier Sud-Ouest has set up 4 sites so that as many residents as possible can participate and get there on foot. Plan to bring containers for compost and/or mulch, as well as a bag for your plants.
ANNUAL DISTRIBUTION TO RESIDENTS

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- You must live in the South-West of France. Proof of address will be required.
- You must go to the distribution point located in the neighborhood where you live. The locations are listed above.
BECOME A VOLUNTEER
Contribute to increasing biodiversity on the territory by participating in the distribution of annual flowers, perennials and herbs from the Southwest! As a volunteer, you’ll have first choice of plants.
DISTRIBUTION TO RESIDENT GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS
VEGETABLE DISTRIBUTION groups
If you are a cooperative, school, church, community group, non-profit organization, green alley committee or tenant association, you can register and apply.
Applications are numerous, but all are carefully studied by the Éco-quartier. The final selection is made on the basis of criteria laid down by the borough.
COMPOST AND GRASS groups
Are you a community organization, institution or citizens’ group that needs compost and/or mulch?
The Borough makes compost and mulch deliveries possible, free of charge. Please note that the Borough may not be able to supply certain materials.
